On the topic of DAMAGED CARD REPLACEMENT...
"Our replacement policy is to replace any damaged product for up to one year after its release date.

We try to replace cards on a card for card basis, but often cannot replace ultra rare items like cards that feature cut signatures of deceased athletes, 1 of 1 cards or plate cards. In this case, we can replace the card with one of comparable value. We cannot offer trades for other cards. Up to 40 cards can be submitted per request. Replacement time usually takes between 8-12 weeks.

Please note, we are only able to help with damaged cards if they are purchased from one of our Certified Diamond Dealers. If you have an issue, please email your full name, address and phone number to QA@upperdeck.com, and we’ll set up a case for you. Once you have a case number, we will send you an address you will need to send your damaged card(s), receipt & UPC codes to. Items mailed to Upper Deck without a case number will be returned to customers unopened. If you are mailing cards of value, we highly recommend mailing them in via certified, registered, or insured mail. The Upper Deck Company is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected mail."

PANINI

Press 4 for Customer Service

Use Panini's Customer Service Support link https://www.paniniamerica.net/support.html for everything from REDEMPTIONS to DAMAGED CARDS to MISSING HITS.
In order to replace DAMAGED CARDS with Panini, you must register an account with Panini and fill out a "Factory Damaged Replacement Request" at the above website address. After submitting your request, you will be provided with a ticket number and packing slip. The packing slip will need to be printed and included with your card(s) when you mail them.

As per Panini's website...

" Panini America is able to replace factory damaged cards on a card-for-card basis, while supplies last, and as long as a library card exists. A request for replacements can be made up to 12 months after product release (only). Panini America strongly suggests that you track your package or keep a proof of delivery for all damaged card requests. Panini America is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Any ineligible card(s) that Panini America is unable to replace, for any reason, will be returned back to the customer. A damaged card replacement is not guaranteed. We will not replace entire packs, boxes, or cases. Un-replaceable cards include but are not limited to sample cards, promotional cards, “Re-Collection” cards, “No Purchase Necessary” cards, HRX cards, and cards containing trapped autographs.

Damaged sequentially numbered cards are replaced if an identical replacement card is available. The serial number is re-stamped on the identical replacement card and the damaged card is destroyed to ensure that there is the stated number of cards on the market."

Sportscard Playground Tip: Don't throw away your expired redemption cards! Panini is the the most flexible and accommodating manufacturer, hands down, when it comes to honoring expired redemptions. Provided they still have the card in stock (and this is often the case), they will fulfill your expired redemption. Worst case, they offer half the value of the redemption in Panini Rewards points.
